Enjoy an authentic Four-Course Italian Menu prepared by Chef Karen who will also present an Optional Wine Pairing featuring wines thoughtfully selected to pair with each course.

Preparation: Arborio rice is slow cooked with a touch of saffron. It is left to cool and then filled with a mixture of seasoned ground beef, fresh mozzarella & fresh peas. It is formed into balls, lightly breaded and cooked until crisp on the outside and the soft and stringy on the inside. They are accompanied by a fresh pomodoro sauce.
Primo: Orecchiette “little ears”
Preparation: Fresh pasta is tossed with a mixture of gulf shrimp & mussels ( out of the shell). The sauce consists of slow roasted garlic, a nice pour of extra virgin olive oil, touch of chile flake and a hand full of broccoli rabe. The natural juices from the shellfish finish the sauce.
Secondo: Veal Saltimbocca alla Romana
Preparation: Thin escalopes of veal are layered with slices of prosciutto di parma & fresh sage. They are lightly sautéed with a splash of dry white wine and dab of butter and a good squeeze of lemon. A bit of wilted spinach rounds out the dish.
Dolce: Cannoli & Rum Baba
A crisp cinnamon infused pastry tube is gently filled with a sweet ricotta cream accented with a touch of citrus and a bit of chocolate. It is accompanied by a small yeast cake that has been soaked in rum syrup and filled with a rich pastry cream.
