Vegan Menu

Introducing our new Vegan Menu. Whether you’re a vegan or you just want to add a healthy alternative into your diet, this menu is specifically designed with you in mind. The options here are all meat-free (no fish or shellfish), and we are careful not to add milk and egg products. The Vegan Menu at Bistro Etc changes seasonally and is designed with inventive interpretations from classically trained Chef Karen, who personally hand picks the freshest locally sourced ingredients possible while at the same time taking notice of today’s dietary and health issues.
