Wine List

Our Wine List is small but diverse and seasonally selected. We regularly makes change and adjustments based on many factors, seasonality being one of them. That said, we feel our pairings will in most cases appeal to the palates of most of our dining guests, while offering them the experience of food and beverage pairings as we envision it.

    • Judean Hills, Tzora


      This wine is made from selected plots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Merlot grown on old terraces with top-soil of limestone rich in minerals. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine has wonderful texture and complex aromatic profile of black fruit and hint of earthiness. The finish is fine and fairly long

    • Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Vigneti Del Sole


      After harvest, the wine is aged in stainless steel until bottling; preserving the freshness and fruit we love about Montepulciano. This juicy red displays notes of cherry, strawberry and sweet spice. Bright, mouthwatering acidity makes it especially food friendly and it will make the perfect dinner companion for any entree

      D’Abruzzo, Italy

    • Garnacha, Monstant Dido Venus La Universal


      This Spanish red is a beautiful and supple blend of Garnacha, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet. It’s a wine that exemplifies its terroir and history, with a modern styled blend and nuances of dark dried fruits, earthy granite minerality, and a fresh succulent acidity. It is elegant and balanced, with good complexity, soft silky tannins, and a long lush finish.

    • Pinot Noir, Planet Oregon


      Dark and spicy, sleek in texture, with clove and white pepper overtones to the focused blackberry and plum fruit, lingering against hints of tobacco and walnut. (90 pts WS)

      This is an easy-to-like wine, light, clear and spicy in aromas of cardamom and flowers. Earthy, silky and tingling in acidity, it offers a spicy experience on the tongue backed by enough crisp red fruit to please many palates. (92pts WA)

      Sonoma Coast, California

    • Cabernet Sauvignon, Rickshaw


      Ripe, powerful, and delicious. California Cabernet has been known to break the swag-o-meter, but there’s no fear of “too much” here. With its plush dark fruits, this juice exudes cool. Add to it all a graphite edge with a drop of cedar, and you’ve got a wine you won’t soon forget.

    • Cabernet Sauvignon, Woodward Canyon


      “Artist Series” This enticing and deeply colored red wine shows a complex nose of baking spice, black olive and graham integrated beautifully with aromas of ripe black cherry. Rich and elegant, showing classic notes of pepper, herb and berries. Integrated tannins enhance the texture and give proportion; the finish is complex, generous, and long. (94 pts WA)


    • Malbec, Altocedro Año Cero


      A La Consulta-terroir driven Malbec that is fresh, fruit-forward, and easy-to-drink. “Lots of dried berries and hints of sultana character with some cocoa powder. Full-bodied yet agile and fresh with lemon rind undertones, a delicious and savory wine.” (90 pts JS)

      Mendoza, Argentina

    • Syrah, Jaboulet Domaine de Thalabert Crozes-Hermitage


      The 2010 Crozes-Hermitage Domaine de Thalabert, which I raved about last year, is slightly better than their brilliant 2009. It boasts a dense purple color along with a beautiful perfume of camphor, licorice, forest floor, black currants and Christmas fruitcake with tremendous intensity, full body and supple tannins. This cuvee is always one of the best. (93 pts WA)

    • Cabernet Franc, Osprey's Dominion


      This Cabernet Franc displays the forward fruit aromas of berry and cherry with subtle notes of chocolate and ethereal wisps of summer of summer herbs that speak of its Bordeaux heritage. Aged in small oak barrels for 12 months, it is full bodied yet has a smooth texture.

      North Fork, Long Island

    • Barolo, Azelia di Luigi Scavino


      Aroma and finesse with power and body at the same time. Sweet nose, with hints of cherry, black currant and licorice. Fruity tannins. A union of characters. Aged for two years in large casks. A Muscular yet polished Barolo (93 pts WE, JS)

      Piedmont, Italy

    • Tempranillo Gran Reserva, Cvne Viña Real Gran Reserva


      Deep ruby color with. Intensely perfumed aromas of black raspberry, cherry pit, vanilla and dried flowers. The Juice is precise on the palate, offering vibrant red and dark berry flavors with a hint of bitter chocolate. The floral quality comes back strong on the very long, smoke-tinged finish, which features a suave spice cake quality and even tannins. (93 pts WA)


    • Le Cigare Volant, Bonny Doon


      A beautiful wine: dark, mulberry color, and a first nose o f dark, cool loamy earth with suggestions of raspberries, Damson plums and cherry/chocolate. On the palate, it is sleek and racy with a lively acidity, very soft tannins and great persistence. This is a wine from an extremely cool and elegant vintage. (93 pts WE)

    • Riesling, Winnings


      This Riesling is a delight, its hidden sweetness is a feature that supports the fruit, catalyzes the wine’s finishing complexity, and lends uncanny adaptability. On the nose, pure, Normandy-cider-like apple and pear are tinged with cardamom as well as maritime salinity and alkalinity.

      Pfalz, Germany

    • Sancerre, Domaine Martin Sancerre

      Persistent and focused, this wine really sings with its intense notes of lemon verbena, fresh cut grass, and strong minerality, all elegantly displayed on a mouthwatering structure. The long finish is bright and lacy, with lovely detail. A very stylish French wine.

      Loire Valley, France

    • Chardonnay, Ramey

      Wine opens with oak and lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a lemon verbena and new oak blend with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors linger nicely.

      Russian River Valley, California

    • Pinot Grigio, Abbazia di Novacella

      Structured and elegant, this lovely Pinot Grigio opens with delicate scents of white Alpine flower, citrus and a whiff of herb. The bright palate offers creamy white peach, crisp green apple and juicy nectarine while a mineral note backs up the bright finish. (92 pts JS)

      Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy

    • Chardonnay, Banshee

      The overall thrust of the wine still starts in the range of apple and pear with flourishes of white peach and nectarine. There is a noticeable but restrained framing of vanilla and toast around the wine. The finish is refreshing and firm at this early stage in its evolution with a great carry through of flavors that persist well.

    • Pinot Gris, Cristom

      The wine has bright citrus-blossom aromas that range from tangerine zest to lime blossom. Apple, pear and melon are the fruit flavors that are often noted on the palate. This is a bright and lively wine that offers a broad flavor profile.

      Willamette Valley, Oregon

    • Sauvignon Blanc, Tohu

      This fresh and focused Sauvignon has bright aromas of citrus, apples and passion fruit with a distinct fresh cut grass herbaceous line running through it.

      Marlborough, New Zealand

    • Chardonnay, Sandhi

      Aromas of limes and lemons mingle along with toasty notes from oak. On the palate it will have good structure and plenty of restraint and balance making it a very food-friendly and approachable wine.

      Santa Barbara Coast, California

    • Chablis, Domaine Pinson Frères

      A ripe, generous Chablis that is modern in style with ripe citrus fruit including juicy pomelos. There is no heaviness but the flavors are well defined and the minerality is present in the finish.

      Delicate Chardonnay and strong Pinot Noir blend harmoniously with the Pinot Meunier, a complex variety that reveals all its qualities such as white flowers, white fruit, pineapple and grapefruit. The light, delicate Grand Brut offers a wide range of flavors.

    • Veuve Cliequo Brut Yellow Label Champagne

      The strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla when the wine is allowed to age in the bottle. Brut Carte Jaune offers a perfect balance of finesse and forcefulness.

    • Prosecco

    • Bortolotti Brut Prosecco

      Straw yellow with reflections tending to a shiny-greenish color. Fine grain perlage with rich and persistent foam. The nose is clean and well-balanced, with a floral note. The palate is persistent with typical fruity notes, full-bodied.

      Veneto, Italy

    • Mionetto Treviso Brut Prosecco

      The Mionetto Prosecco Brut D.O.C has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apples. It is very dry, fresh, light in body and well-balanced.

    • Cava

    • Raventós i Blanc De Nit Brut Rosé

      A pale, subdued and elegant pink attracts you and pulls you in with its sensuality. The first aroma is clean, pure and almost crystalline; little by little citrus aromas subtly emerge with memories of fresh white fruit and a touch of cassis, driven by a very good balance.

    • Raventós i Blanc Gran Reserva de la Finca

      This wine makes a strong argument for the distinctive character of the region’s fruit: The mineral trajectory of its pale ripe flavor tastes like fruit grown in limestone soil, with the sophistication of a bottle-fermented sparkler whetting the appetite for that seafood dish.
