Our Wine List is small but diverse and seasonally selected. We regularly make change and adjustments based on many factors, seasonality being one of them. We feel our pairings will in most cases, appeal to the palates of our dining guests.

Crozes-Hermitage, ~ ‘Domaine Des Lises’, Equis
A more serious, round, ripe Crozes-Hermitage (100% Syrah) shows pure berry fruit notes intermixed with herb, licorice and incense characteristics. Produced by Maxime Graillot, the son of iconic Crozes-Hermitage producer Alain Grailliot.

Langhe Nebbiolo [Basarin], Sottimano
Deep brilliant red, an intense, persistent nose of fruits and spices, with some hints of dried rose, cherries and tobacco. On the palate it shows a good, firm body and very refined tannins, with notes of violet, mint and a fresh vibrant fruit.

Plenty of ripe fruit with leather and spice character in this wine from La Consulta in Valle de Uco. Full bodied with fine tannins and a dried fruit & chocolate aftertaste. (90 pts WA)

Tempranillo, CUNE Gran Reserva
This generous red shows a traditional character, with leafy, dried herb, tea and spice notes framing dried cherry, licorice and leather flavors. Firm tannins and balsamic acidity impart structure, and this shows plenty of depth, with a juicy, spicy finish.

“Old Vine” Chenin Blanc, Orr Vineyards
Hand-harvested from vines nearly four decades old, this fresh, dry, 100% Chenin blanc was fermented naturally with native yeast. The 2017 Chenin is green-gold in color and has a nose of fresh lime zest, pineapple, and honeydew melon rind. It’s lively, bright, precise and a tiny bit saline in the mouth with a hint of cucumber peel and wet sidewalk in the finish.
